About Quin & Reid
Owner / Operators
Reid
I grew up in the Okanagan, working mainly in the public service sector and hospitality industry. I enjoy everything the valley has to offer, from the outdoors to the nightlife and entertainment.
I seek to give the same financial freedom I experienced on Airbnb/VRBO, to my clients. I was fortunate to be mentored and instructed by extremely successful property managers in the industry when I was running my own rental. Now I get to pass along the valuable lessons learnt, so you don’t have to pour over hours and hours of research, learning how to optimize your listing.
Quin
Reid and I first crossed paths during our college days while pursuing degrees in civil engineering and Mechatronics. Our initial encounter took place during an upgrading session, and our shared, hyper-competitive nature quickly led us to vie for the top grades in all our mutual classes. This spirited rivalry laid the foundation for a lasting friendship.
Over time, our relationship evolved, and we found ourselves standing side by side as groomsmen at each other’s weddings. Beyond our personal lives, we ventured into business together, aiming to harness the same competitive spirit that initially defined our friendship. Our goal is to channel this drive into our professional endeavors, ensuring that our clients benefit from the same determination and excellence that brought us together in the first place.
Hosting happy guests and telling them all about the things that make Kelowna great is the icing on the cake. We know all the hidden waterfalls, destinations, and attractions that you won’t find in a typical guidebook.
We’re all about enhancing your guests’ stay, generating better reviews, and making you more money.

“I first entered into the short-term rental game as a means to pay for my schooling. After the first summer season, I was hooked.”
